Ordinal Numbers

In TSL, numbers one to four can be signed either horizontally or vertically. Horizontal signs indicate ordinal numbers, with the sign dangling a bit or held to the side. E.g. first (point, item, section), second (point, item, section), third (point, item, section). Vertical signs indicate cardinal numbers, such as code, amount of money, and age.
